Abstract: The paper studies the coal-gas outburst in north Henan's Ⅱ₁ area guided by the preferred plane theory of professor Luo Guoyu.Four preferred faults are found according to preferred fault indexes in the study area.Gasoutburst preferred modal is established with preferred fault;the relation between preferred fault and gas outburst is found on the basis of experiment and date analysis;and gas outburst quantitative forecast is made by preferred body modal.
