Abstract: After analyzing the characteristics of crises caused by mine accidents of enterprises, this paper puts forward some program designing in handling mine accidents and makes a structural classification for the public correspondingly, thus providing suggestions and countermeasures for the enterprises in the course of reconciling the public in crisis public relation.
