铜坑矿细脉带特大事故隐患区火区治理技术与工程实施

    The technology and practice of eliminating mine fire at veinlet belt orebady of Tongkeng mine

    • 摘要: 铜坑矿细脉带特大事故隐患区火灾,主要是由FeS2、C与氧气复合作用引起。采用空区部分充填、深孔强制崩落隔火柱矿与空区、强化均匀放矿、地表覆盖技术方案,消除火区事故隐患。实施分步治理方案,采取强出、封闭、注水、覆盖等措施,火区始终处于可控状态,有效地控制了SO2的排放。治理方案实施完成后,达到了消除火区重大事故隐患的目标。

       

      Abstract: The mine fire at veinlet orebady of Tongkeng Mine mainly caused by the composite role of FeS2, C and oxygen. The solutions of partial filling, deep-hole caving safety pillar and stopes, large drawing and land covering to eliminate potential causes of accidents in the fire zone are applied. Step-by-step implementation of drawing ore, closing stopes, injecting lime-water and land covering, the fire zone remains controllable. And it effective controls the SO2 emissions. This program have eliminated the significant potential accidents to mining.
