Abstract: Using the functions such as, retrieval, enquiry and quotation of Excel to generate automatically the Power Load Calculation shall save designers a lot of time and tedious work like leadfing through manuals, typing, calculation, tabulating, etc.. Especially in case of modification, in the past, designers had to do the work once again from the very beginning. But after using the automatically generated power load calculation, designers are able to accomplish a host of and tedious calculation and modification with ease. Meanwhile the speed and correctness of calculation are increased and the calculation is standardized and normalized. The calculation method has played an important role in design and achieved very good results.
