Abstract: This paper study the Harmony development model and contents of mining corporations directed by harmony development model and based on the mine industry characteristic,build up a new Harmony development system,which composed of the production and ecology-building,production and management,production and safety,coal and non-coal,production and exterior,production and culture,production and innovation and so on,study the relations among the different parts and their functions.this research provides a new consider for how to solve some problems such as the "coal flourish corporation flourish,coal decline and coration decline".
