Abstract: This paper set up the model of the relevance between Environmental Pollution and GDP Growth of Coal Industry in ShaanXi Province, which based in 1996~2007 environmental indicators and GDP growth in the coal industry statistics, and with some statistical methods and software. The results showed that the GDP coal industry and the environment Pollution is "U-back" part of the left or the "inverted-U-+ U" environmental Kuznets curve of the wave-like Characteristics. The paper predicted the development trend of the environment in Shaanxi by using the System Dynamics (SD) method, then improved the model and put forward measures to improve environmental conditions on the light of actual intuations.
