煤矿现场管理执行力的实证与应用

    An empirical analysis and application of coal mine on-site management execution

    • 摘要: 结合煤矿现场管理的特点,形成了煤矿现场管理执行力影响因素的调查问卷。在46份有效问卷的基础上,对煤矿现场管理执行力进行了实证。主成分分析结果表明,影响煤矿现场管理执行力的诸多因素可以划分为目标任务、企业文化、员工角色、管理工具和运作流程五类;回归分析结果表明上述五类因素对煤矿现场管理执行力都起到了显著的正向作用,其中管理工具、运作流程和员工角色是决定煤矿现场管理执行力的关键因素。最后以新巨龙公司为例,分析了上述五个因素在煤矿的应用。

       

      Abstract: An questionnaire is designed to analyze coal mine on-site management execution.Empirical analysis is done according to 46 valid questionnaires.Principal component analysis showed that the factors that influence on-site management execution can be divided into 5 components,target,culture,employees,management tools and operation process.These 5 components all are positive to on-site management execution,especially management tools,operation process and employees.At the end,Xin Julong is used to show the application.
