深井热害控制工艺系统应用研究

    Utilization and research on heat damage controlling process system in deep mine

    • 摘要: 浅部煤炭资源日益减少,开采进入深部是必然发展趋势。随之而来的制约深部开采的关键性技术难题--深部热害问题也将越来越突出地摆在我们面前。本文以夹河矿7446工作面降温工程为例,分析深井热害控制工艺及降温效果。在夹河矿热害控制工程工艺设计中,首次提出了利用矿井涌水作为冷源,为工作面降温提供必要冷量;设计了HEMS-PT 转换系统,降低了管路及设备所需承受的压力;HEMS-II 的可移动模块化设计,更易满足现场条件复杂多变的特点要求。整个工艺系统易于操作,性能稳定,降温降湿效果显著。

       

      Abstract: With the shallow coal is decreasing, coal mining enters the depth portion is the inevitable trend along with the mining quantity and the mining intensity enlarge. The following crucial technical problem which restricts on deep mining-deep heat damage will be out of the water surface. Taking 7446 work place cooling engineering in Jiahe coal mine as an example, heat damage controlling technology and its cooling effect are analyzed in deep mine. In the process design fro the heat damage controlling engineering in Jiahe coal mine, it is firstly raised that mine water, which provide necessary cold energy for the work place, is used as a cold source. And HEMS-PT transfer system is designed for reducing the pressure to the pipeline and equipment required. Mobile Modular HEMS-II is easier to meet the complex and changing demand at field conditions. The whole process system is Easy to operate, and has a stable performance and a significant cooling and dehydration effects.
