基于模拟开采技术的地下矿山三维可视化生产计划编制

摘要: 生产计划编制是地下矿山最为关键、最为重要的核心决策任务。针对传统生产计划编制过程中暴露出来的周期长、多部门交叉衔接难度大等诸多难题,提出基于模拟开采技术的三维可视化生产计划编制方法,阐述了其相关原理和算法,并以北洺河铁矿为例,利用DIMINE平台,在建立三维实体模型和生产路径的基础上,以实际开采模型和井巷工程模型为编排对象,根据输入的主要生产指标和当前生产现状为约束条件,在三维空间中通过模拟开采技术与人机交互相结合,完成了北洺河铁矿2014~2016年三年滚动计划的编制,并应用于生产组织和管理。研究结果表明,该方法能够显著提高地下矿山生产计划编制工作效率,为矿山高效计划编制提供了新的途径。Abstract: Production planning is the most important and critical tasks for underground mines.As the traditional production planning has many problems like taking long time,multi-sectoral cross convergence difficulty and so on,we proposed a production planning method based on 3D simulating,described its relevant principles and algorithms.Taking Beiminghe Iron Mine as an example,we choose DIMINE as the platform.Based on the 3D entity model and production path,the actual mining model and roadway engineering model are our main objects,thus,according to the main production index input and current production status as the constraint conditions,combining 3Dsimulating with human-machine mutual,we completed the three years rolling plan of Beiminghe Iron Mine from 2014 to 2016,and it's applied in production organization and management.The results show that the proposed method significantly improves the work efficiency of production planning,thatprovides a new way for efficient planning of underground mining.
