深部低预紧力支护软岩巷道破坏机理和支护对策
Failure mechanism and supporting measures of deep soft rock roadway under low preload bolt support

摘要: 在传统低预紧力锚杆支护下,受限于施工机具和工艺等因素,锚杆预紧力只能达到3~5t,造成深部软岩巷道变形大、难支护。本文以兴安矿四水平空车线巷道为研究对象,分析了传统锚网索支护条件下巷道的变形破坏现象和特征,采用FLAC3D再现了在原低预紧力支护条件下巷道变形和破坏过程,得出了空车线巷道的破坏机理,即较低的预紧力无法限制围岩的变形,支护体随围岩整体移动,进而造成巷道失稳破坏,提出了基于高预紧力的锚网索耦合支护对策,现场应用取得了良好的效果。Abstract: The preload,which is limited to Construction machinery and so on,can only reach 3 ~ 5t,deep soft rock roadway appears large deformation and requiresSeveral Repairs under low preload bolt support.This paper analyzes the failure phenomena and characteristics of the empty line roadway at four-level in Xing'an mine under the traditional bolt net support,reappears the whole process of roadway deformation and failureby FLAC3D to draw up the failure mechanism of empty line roadway,namely:a lower preload support cannot restrict the deformation of surrounding rock and roadway is instability failure finally,proposes high preload bolt-net coupling support measures,which achieves good results after field application.
