煤炭不同利用方式主要大气污染物排放比较

    Comparison of main air pollutant emission in different ways of coal utilization

    • 摘要: 煤炭利用是中国大气污染物的主要来源。煤炭在民用燃煤、工业锅炉、火电领域作为燃料,在煤化工领域的利用则作为原料。根据学者对中国以上领域煤炭利用污染物排放的研究,比较了不同产品的污染物排放强度,我们得到:降低民用散煤利用,改用型煤或低污染物排放燃料以减低污染物的排放;加强工业锅炉除尘和电力脱硝以降低颗粒物和NOX的排放;在煤焦化行业,全面推广脱硫除尘技术;现代煤化工CO2排放强度大,应关注其捕获利用,但其污染物排放均优于其他利用领域。根据不同产品的污染排放系数和煤耗,我们比较了不同应用领域的煤炭污染物排放强度:煤炭作为燃料,其碳几乎完全转化为CO2,但作为原料部分碳转移到产品中,同时,作为原料时其他污染物排放也远低于作为燃料的排放。煤NOX、SO2和颗粒物排放因子分别在火电、工业锅炉和民用燃煤和焦化行业最高,我们应相应地在这些领域加强其脱硝、脱硫和除尘工程。

       

      Abstract: Coal utilization is the main source of air pollutants in China.Coal is used as fuel in civil coal fired,industrial boiler and power plant,but in the field of coal chemical industry as a raw material.According to scholars’ study on coal utilization pollutants emission in China,we compared the pollutant emission intensity of different products,and get the following conclusions:Reduce the use of civilian bulk coal,or be replaced by briquette or low emission fuel to cut down the air pollutants emissions;Strengthening the dust removal of industrial boilers and the denitration of electric power to reduce particulate matter and NOX emissions;In the coal coking industry,we should comprehensively promote the desulfurization and dust removal technology;The CO2 emission intensity of modern coal chemical industry is greater,and attention should be paid to the capture and utilization of CO2,but it's other pollutants emission intensity is better than that of other coal utilization fields.According to the pollution emission coefficient and its coal consumption,we compared the coal pollutant emission intensity in different application fields:Coal is used as fuel,and its carbon is almost completely converted to CO2;but as raw material,part of its carbon is transferred to the product.And,its other pollutants emissions are also much lower than the emissions as fuel.The coal emission factors of NOX,SO2 and particulates are respectively highest in thermal power,industrial boilers,civil coal combustion and coking industries,we should strengthen the denitration,desulfurization and dust removal projects in these areas correspondingly.
