Abstract: In this paper,the authors analyzes the austere situation now faced by coal enterprises and necessity to construct up-to-date enterprise cultures.Enterprise cultures,cultures,i.e.green culture,safety culture,internet culture should be created and often improved.The construction of these cultures will be helpful to turn the present situation to right direction.
