深孔-中深孔并段回采技术在小官庄铁矿的应用

    APPLICATION OF DEEP-MIDDLE DEEP HOLE STOPING WITH SUBLEVEL COMBINATION AT XIAOGUANZHUANG IRON MINE

    • 摘要: 本文针对小官庄铁矿矿体赋存的具体特点,在首层开采中成功地采用了低采准比、高开采强度的深孔、中深孔并段回采技术。并在实际生产中解决了凿岩、装药设备以及高切割等技术难题,推进了无底柱分段崩落采矿方法结构和工艺的变革。对其它类似矿山具有一定的参考价值。

       

      Abstract: According to the concrete features of Xiaoguanzhuang Iron Mine's ore body, the deep-middle deep hole sublevel-combined stoping with low preparation ratio and high mining intensity has been applied successfully in the first-ore seam mining. During practical production, the technical difficulties in drillng, explsivecharging equipment and high-speed cutting have been resolved to push on re forming the structure and technology of sublevel caving mining without floor pillars forward. This technique is avilable for other similar mines.
