高炉水渣在张马屯铁矿充填中的应用

    APPLICATION OF BLAST-FURNACE SLAG AT ZHANGMATUN IRON MINE

    • 摘要: 在矿山胶结充填中,传统的胶结材料是水泥,一般占充填成本的60%~80%。济钢第三炼铁厂的高炉水渣的室内试验表明:该厂的高炉水渣磨细具有较好的胶结性能,完全可替代部分水泥进行胶结充填。工业试验证明:高炉水渣可以替代40%~50%的水泥,充填成本可降低19.4%~24.2%。本文介绍了高炉水渣在张马屯铁矿的试验情况,描述了其工艺流程及可望取得的效益。

       

      Abstract: In cemented filling mining, cement is the traditional cementing material and takes 60 % ~ 80%of the total filling cost universally. The laboratory tests for blast-furnace slag of the third smeller of Jinan Iron&. Steel Group show that ground slag has a better cementing property and can replace parts of cement for cemented filling material. The field trial shows that the slag can replace 40%50% of the cement and the cemented filling cost can be reduced by 19. 4% ~ 24.2 %. This paper introduces the tests of blast-furnace slag atZhangmatun Iron Mine, describes the process flowsheet and the expected benefits that can be obtained.
