Abstract: Based on constructing classifier mechanical model, a parametric formula is derived .the engineering reverse design method, the design parameters have been determined with the engineering reverse design method, and application of Delphi programming method is presented to solve the parametric design results, and has been verified by practice examples. It is conduded that using classifier parametric design software can significantly reduce R&D costs and achieve the manufacturing cost, and it has been realized th engineering, user-oriented fast response design.
