综放工作面合理支护强度的数值模拟分析

    Numerial simulation of rational supporting strength of fully mechanized caving face

    • 摘要: 为解决唐庄煤矿工作阻力超限和支架严重损坏的问题,利用FLAC3D模拟软件建立数值模型对工作面支架的支护强度进行研究,根据"支架-围岩"的相互作用原理,通过模拟回采过程不同支护强度下顶板位移情况,分析控顶区顶煤下沉量与支架支护强度之间关系最终确定支架最佳支护强度0.91MPa,原有支架支护强度不足,需重新选型。依据模拟确定支护强度,通过"三机配套"原则更换支架后,经现场观测分析支架支护状态良好,工作阻力满足生产要求,表明FLAC3D模拟确定的支护强度满足该煤层综放工作面的顶板活动要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to slove the problems that working resistance overran and supports were serious damaged,a study of the support strength of fully mechanized caving face had ben done using the simulation software FLAC3D to establish Numerical model.According to Interactive principle between surrounding rocks and support,roof displacements of different supporting strength in stope face was simulated and the relationship between the supporting strength and subsidence of top coal in roof-control area was analyzed.The result showed that supporting strength now using was relatively low and the reasonable support strength was 0.91 Mpa.Based on the simulation results,hydraulic supports were replaced according to the principle of the three machines fully mechanized equipment choice.After that,hydraulic supports kept in good condition and resistance met production requirements.This indicates that the supporting strength determined by FLAC3D simulation met roof activity requirements of fully mechanized caving face in this coal seam.
