Abstract: Through the analysis of the situation which Chinese gold enterprises are faced with, this article emphasizes the importance of economic warning of gold enterprises. The text uses the methods in mining technical economy for reference and constructs the warning mechanism of gold enterprises from the aspects of warning source, warning situation, warning omen and warning degree. Then the text gives the definition of the specific index according to the actual situation of gold enterprises and thus forms the frame of economic warning mechanism of gold enterprises. Meanwhile, the text uses a gold firm as an example to test the warning mechanism designed before and discusses the limitations.
