Abstract: In general, special types of underground mine workers are significantly different psychological levels. Comparing with non-specific type of work, the former employees are psychologically significant outstanding. Special types of operations due to differences in job performance, the psychological needs are complex. We should analyse and study to develop various types of psychological selection of unique content. Special types of women employees in a particular position are more advantage than men.
