Abstract: With the gap in petroleum supply and demand increasing and the dependence degree going on highly, it is important of us to increase the investment abroad of oil and gas which is for taking full advantage of international oil and gas resources, and developing foreign cooperation. With the large function of Africa in the world energy market and rising of the geopolitical position, together with the traditional friendship and cooperation opportunity between Africa and China, it is quite important and pressure of us to invest oil and gas resources in Africa.
