Abstract: The sustainable use and optimum utilization of mineral resources is the objective which pursued by human.How to promote the mining economic zones' construction which trans-district,based on the geologic metallogenic regulation and the characteristic of resource combination,is a new field of research.This paper analyzed the theoretical foundation of national mining economic test areas from the cyclic economy theory,metallogenic regulation and the law on development of minging industry.It's also discussing the feasibility and advantages for taking Tongling Province as the center to construct national mining economic test area from minerogenetic condition,the layout of national mineral resources exploration and development,and the achievement of cyclic economy construction.This area is about 25000km²,it taking Tongling Province as axis,and along the Yangtze River trace to Ezhou,Hubei Province,downstream to Zhenjiang,Jiangsu Province.At last,this article puts forward a general idea to promote the construction of test area-planning first,coordinating forcefully,step-by-step implementation,and promote comprehensively.
