亚硫酸钠在铜铅分离浮选中的的应用

    The practice of sodium sulfite in the flotation separation of lead-copper

    • 摘要: 原矿的多元素分析和铜铅矿物的物相分析结果表明,该矿石以黄铜矿和方铅矿为主,其氧化率分别为25.8%、28.88%。通过"铜铅混浮、尾矿选锌、铜铅分离"的工艺流程,调整剂用"重铬酸钾+亚硫酸钠"作组合抑铅浮选铜,顺利实现了混合铜铅精矿的分离。

       

      Abstract: This article is based on multi-elements, analysis copper phase and lead phase. The ore is main made of chalcoprite with the oxidation rate 25.8% and galena with the oxidation rate 28.88%. Adopt the process as follow, mix-flotation of copper and lead, separation of the concentrate of lead and copper, zinc flotation from tail. Use sodium sulfite+dichromate as the adjusting agent to contain lead, the bulk lead-copper concentration were separated.
