Abstract: Samples' characters, technological flow-sheets and industrial production results of quality improvement & impurities reduction of iron concentration plant alone are briefly presented. Industrial production practice indicated iron ore concentrations contenting iron 67.20~66.63 percent, SiO₂ 5.17~5.67 percent are obtained, which the iron ore samples of Shanxi province contenting iron 61.56~58.52 percent, SiO₂ 12.14~15.08 percent after weak magnetic separations are proceeded with the counter-flotation under collector LP-4 and natural slurry temperature. High efficient application practice of large scale equipments, such as JJFⅡ flotation equipments, new DQ dewater magnetic separations of large diameter and power force and HTG ceramics filters. The results demonstrated that iron ore concentration plant alone is adaptability and stability as well as power economy and lower cost.
