Abstract: By strengthening the sense of responsibility themselves in the process of environmental management, the oil and gas companies can effectively reduce the impact on the surrounding ecological environment during the oil and gas resource development process. Therefore, we put forward the idea of "environmental internalization management". The external requirements of environmental protection are internalized into the general management of enterprises, so that the self-requirements, habits and sense of responsibility of environmental protection are formed. The oil and gas companies need to set goals and establish management system for the environment Internalization management. The communication and cooperation, the system review, and the operation maintenance are the link to ensure the organization of environmental management. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the internalization management to environmental problems, the responsibility mechanism, the information disclosure mechanism, the internal environment system evaluation mechanism, and the emergency plan processing mechanism are also needed.
