Abstract: The most important studies on the coal enterprise by using enterprise evolution theory are the evolution process and influencing factors.Coal enterprises in our country are always in the more important position,and since appealing for building the large enterprise group,there are more and more merging and restructuring events.Studying the evolution process and influencing factors about coal enterprises now,is practical and immediate significant for the coal enterprises' development.
