Abstract:
Aimed at the oxide ore with zinc and iron from gossan of sulfide deposits,the conventional methods such as mineral separations, alkaline leaching and mechanical activation leaching, and deep reduction-magnetic separation were used to analyze the factors on influence of zinc and iron, such as dressing method, grinding fineness, magnetic intensity, agent dosage, agent concentration, liquid-solid ratio, leaching time, leaching temperature, leaching mode, roasting time and roasting temperature. The results show that zinc and iron were not enriched with the conventional methods. However, zinc and iron were separated and realized the recovering of zinc and iron by deep reduction-magnetic separation.
