Abstract: Usually the owner of the mineral resources does not invest to explore,and the rights which divided from ownership were called mining rights.This paper discussed the value connotation in philosphy,moreover,analyzed the value and price of the mineral resources,the value and price of the mining rights in economics and resource science.Finally,advised suggestion for management.
