地下矿垂直扇形中深孔孔底空腔爆破试验研究

    TESTING RESEARCH ON THE BOREHOLE-BOTTOM CAVITY BLASTING IN THE MID-DEPTH VERTICAL FAN BOREHOLES FOR THE UNDERGROUND MINES

    • 摘要: 本文提出了无底柱分段崩落法覆盖岩层粒度的自然分级、矿石爆破效果给放矿损失贫化带来的影响。通过理论研究,小型试验及工业试验与应用,证明采用孔底空腔爆破可使矿石粒度趋于均匀,流动性好,降低矿石的损失贫化。通过水泥砂浆模型试验得出了崩落矿石的空间形态,为今后放矿结构参数优化及放矿理论研究具有指导意义。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the natural classification of the cover rock grain size, the influence of the ore blasting effectiveness on the ore loss and dilution in the sublevel caving mining without the bottom pillars are presented. Through the theorical research, pilot test, commercial test and application, it has been proved that by using the bore hole-bottom cavity blasting can obtain an uniform ore grain size, good fluidity and decreased ore loss and dilution.By testing with the cement grout models, the space form of caved down ore has been gotten out.This provides a guide effect to optimize the ore-drawing parameters and to research the ore-drawing theory.
