Abstract: There are many factors which affect the accuracy of air classifier. The main factors include the speed of rotor blades and guide vanes, the dispersion of the powder, the shape of the rotor blades and guide vanes. After discussing and analysing these factors above, some theoretical basis of the laboratory micro-grading classifier were summerized, which provides a theoretical guidance for the design of the high-precision classifier.
