Abstract: Mixture consisted of crude oil and soil is a kind of oily solid waste in oil production or transportation process.It is featured with complex composition,oil light components in volatile and the increasing asphaltine and colloid,which make it very difficult to clean.In this paper,in order to centrifugal separation,we analyze the physical and chemical properties and propose the quenched and tempered centrifugal separating technology as the pretreatment process.By using this technology with the optimal parameters,the oil percentage composition of sludge is less than 2%.In the pretreatment process of advanced treatment,the quenched and tempered centrifugal separating technology can steeply improve the mixture consisted of crude oil and soil treatment effect.
