Abstract: Mining industrial is a very important to the national economy of China.With the forming of an organic whole of global economy and mining industrial,the mining enterprises of our country have to carry out the strategy of science and technology innovation.However,whether the strategy can be fulfilled continually and smoothly should be related with the external environment and internal conditions of the enterprises.The paper emphasizes and discusses the internal factors of mining enterprises in their process of sustainable science and technology innovation,and takes ZIJIN Mining Corporation as a typical case to analyze the problems which exist in the administration of the enterprise during the process of sustainable innovation,and makes out some relevant countermeasures for the sustainable innovation of mining enterprise of China from the angle of system construction.
