车河选矿厂矿泥系统铅锑锌浮选分离试验研究

    Study on flotation of lead,stibium and zinc for slime system of Chehe plant

    • 摘要: 车河选矿厂矿泥系统除回收铅锑锌外,还回收锡石。为了避免铅锑锌回收过程中石灰对后续锡石回收的影响,在自然pH条件下,采用先选铅后锌硫混浮再分离的优先浮选流程,获得了含铅锑46.45%(Pb 24.38%、Sb 22.07%)、回收率为72.88%的铅锑精矿,含Zn 47.52%、回收率为83.47%的锌精矿。

       

      Abstract: Lead, stibium, zinc and cassiterite were recovered from slime system of Chehe plant. To avoid the harmful effact of lime on the subsequent recovery of cassiterite, the preferential flotation flowsheet was adopted under the natural pH, in which lead was floated firstly and then zinc and sulfur was floated and seperated. A recovery of 72.88% into a concentrate assaying 24.38% Pb together with 22.07% Sb, and a recovery of 83.47% into a concentrate with grade of zinc 47.52% Zn could be achived.
