Abstract: This paper based on the appraisal working of Mineral Properties Setting Plan for 78 pieces of Monoblock Exploration Areas,according to the existing mineral properties management regulations,elaborates and analyses aspects of mineral property setting in foundation,compliance and realizability,summarizes and refines appraisal elements of Mineral Properties Setting Plan,proposes the computer automatic discriminant idea,which uses GIS spatial analysis technology transforming appraisal elements of Mineral Properties Setting Plan to GIS data,to achieve quick and easy appraisal of Mineral Properties Setting Plan and support mineral properties management.
