浮选回收某锌渣中银的中试研究

    Study on pilot-test of silver recovery from zinc slag by flotation

    • 摘要: 内蒙古某锌冶炼公司的锌渣中富集有190~260g/t的金属银,其中可回收的银占到70%左右;但是该锌渣粒度细,化学组成复杂,含有一定量的聚丙烯酰胺,且渣中的银以多种形态赋存,使得银的综合回收率很难得到提高。针对这些特点,在实验室可行性探索实验的基础上,通过中试试验的对比和优化研究,最终确立了一粗一精二扫与中矿集中单独再选的联合浮选工艺。该工艺的中试试验的综合指标为:给矿平均品位为Ag 236.0g/t,银精矿的平均品位为Ag 10743.67g/t,银回收率达62.06%。

       

      Abstract: Silver enriched in the zinc slag of someone zinc smelting plant located in Inner Mongolia was up to 190 ~ 260 g/t,the recyclable percent of which almost was 70%.However,the good comprehensive recovering of silver from this slag was so difficult to achieve,because of the particle size of this slag being very fine,the chemical composition being too complex,a certain amount of polyacrylamide being added,and the form of silver contained in the slag being of variety and so on.According to these characteristics,the comparison and optimization researches of pilot test were investigated based on the labor feasible experiment,and finally established the joint flotation process consisted of one rougher,one cleaner,two scavengers,and the separate redressing of middlings together.The comprehensive index for the pilot test of this optimum process was:when the average grade of silver of feeding was 236.0 g/t,the average grade of silver of concentrate was up to 10743.67 g/t,the recovery of silver topped to 62.06%.
