煤系高岭土粉体的静电分散研究

    The electrostatic dispersion research on the superfine coal-series kaolin powder

    • 摘要: 为探索解决超细粉体在空气中团聚问题的新途径,提高煤系高岭土的功能化利用效果,本文用正交试验的方法,研究了静电分散对煤系高岭土粉体聚团的分散效果及主要影响因素。并用高精度粒度分析、扫描电镜等先进设备,对静电分散效果进行了检测和评价。实验结果证明,静电分散方法对分散空气中煤系高岭土粉体的聚团有显著效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore solves the ultra fine powder to reunite the question in the air the new way,enhances the coal-series kaolin the functionalization use effect,This paper studied the electrostatic with the orthogonal experiment method to disperse to the coal-series kaolin grinding compound gathers group′s dispersible effect and the major effect factor.And with the high accuracy sizing test,the scanning electricity mirror and so on the advanced equipment has carried on the examination and the appraisal to the electrostatic disperser effect.The experimental result proved that,the electrostatic disperser method the coal-series kaolin grinding compound gathers the group to the disperser air in to have the remarkable effect.
