煤矿井下人-环境系统模型构建及工效影响研究

    Human-environment system model and efficiency influence in coal mine

    • 摘要: 为了系统分析煤矿井下作业环境对作业人员工效的影响,在井下作业环境界定和人员工作效率影响因素相关研究的基础上,构建煤矿井下作业人-环境系统模型,并据此选择不同矿井中可测量、易获取的作业环境参数进行现场测定,采用问卷对不同岗位作业人员进行调查分析。结果表明,温度是影响煤矿井下作业人员生理和心理的最主要因素,其次是照度和粉尘浓度;采煤作业人员受作业环境影响的程度最高。研究结果可为煤炭企业改善井下作业环境和保证矿工安全高效生产提供依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to analysis the influences of work environment in coal mine on the miner’s efficiency.On the base of defining the work environment and the research of personnel work efficiency influencing factors,build a human-environment system in coal mine as the research object,choose the different,measurable,available work environment parameters to measure in coal mine,using the questionnaire methods to investigate different type of personnel condition.The results show that temperature is the most important factor to personnel physiology and psychology,followed by the intensity of illumination and dust concentration.Coal mining personnel is the most influenced by work environment.The results of the research can provide the basis for coal enterprises to improve work environment and ensuring miners product safely and efficiently.
