Abstract: Recycling economy is a brand new sustainable economic development mode.It is a effective mechanism to solve the problem of mine tailing deposition and also a necessity choice in fulfilling sustainable development of mine tailing in China.This paper analysis the current status and harm to environment of mine tailing in our country.Use recycling economy theory to indicate all kinds of ways and developing trend to tailing comprehensive utilization.It also point out the existing problem and suggest some countermeasures in tailing comprehensive utilization.
