基于粗糙集和拉开档次法的煤矿本质安全管理评价模型

    Evaluation model for coal mine inherent safety management based on integration of rough sets and deviation maximization method

    • 摘要: 为提高煤矿企业本质安全管理评价的准确度,减少人为主观因素在安全管理评价中的影响,建立了基于粗糙集和拉开档次法的煤矿本质安全管理评价模型。粗糙集方法从特征选择的角度约简出最能体现特征类别的少数关键属性,依此构建出煤矿本质安全管理评价指标体系;利用拉开档次法对小样本进行评价,以定量化方法解决多属性综合评价问题,进而得出煤矿本质安全管理评价结果;两种方法相结合,有利于对小样本数据的煤矿本质安全管理进行评价。以某大型煤电集团本质安全管理评价资料进行实证研究,通过实验数据与原评价结果的对比,得出该评价模型具有较高的精度,有助于评价煤矿安全管理水平,对建立煤矿安全管理机制具有重要作用。

       

      Abstract: To improve coal mine safety management evaluation accuracy and reduce the influence of the person’s subjective factors on the evaluation results,integrated model of rough sets and deviation maximization method for coal mine safety management evaluation is proposed in this paper.Rough sets select a few key attributes based on feature selection,and construct coal mine inherent safety management evaluation system;deviation maximization method which is a quantitative method is used for small samples to solve the multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation problem,then come to get the coal mine inherent safety management evaluation results;combination of the two methods is conducive to evaluate coal mine inherent safety management of small samples.Taking some evaluation data of a coal enterprise as samples,through comparison practical data with original data,empirical results show that this evaluation method had a high accuracy,so it would be helpful to evaluate the coal mine safety management level,and be important for the establishment of the coal mine safety management mechanism.
