纳米陶瓷电絮凝技术处理煤层气排水的实验研究

    Treatment of coalbed methane drainage by nano ceramic electrocoagulation technology

    • 摘要: 煤层气是一种重要的能源资源,但在开采过程中会产生大量的煤层气排水。为了有效处理煤层气排水中的大量有机物和无机盐等污染物,解决煤层气排水难以有效处理的问题,本研究提出了纳米陶瓷电絮凝技术深度处理煤层气排水的方法。试验结果表明:当电解时间60 min,极板间距12 mm,电流密度9 mA/cm2,极板对数2对和抽吸泵出口压力为0.08 MPa时,该工艺处理后的COD、SS、全盐量、Fe和石油类等污染物指标均可满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838—2002)中V类水体标准。

       

      Abstract: Coalbed methane is an important energy resource,but a large amount of coalbed methane drainage will be produced during the mining process.In order to treatment the organic and inorganic salts and pollutants of coalbed methane drainage effectively,solve the problem that the coalbed methane drainage is difficult to treat,in this study,nano-ceramic electrocoagulation technology is proposed for advanced treatment of coalbed methane drainage.The results show that in the electrolysis time of 60 min,the plate spacing of 12 mm,current density of 9 mA/cm2,2 of the number of plates and the suction pump outlet pressure is 0.08 MPa,the process of COD,SS,total salt,Fe and oil pollutants index can meet the “surface water environmental quality standard” (GB3838—2002) in the V class water standard.
