屯兰矿软岩巷道锚网索联合支护技术研究

    The bolt-mesh-anchor support technology for soft rock roadway of Tunlan mine

    • 摘要: 屯兰煤矿12501工作面运输巷道为软岩巷道,为解决巷道变形量大的支护难题,依据巷道地质条件及巷道布置情况,考虑软岩巷道围岩变形的特殊性,提出了锚网索联合支护方案,运用FLAC3D数值软件对该方案进行了模拟分析,并对试验段巷道进行了矿压观测。研究结果表明,采用锚网索联合支护的12501工作面运输巷道顶底板最大位移量为31mm,两帮最大位移量为43mm,巷道稳定后顶底板及两帮移近速度均低于0.5mm/d,巷道顶板位移主要发生在浅部,2.5m以外的围岩位移很小,证明锚网索联合支护可以有效控制软岩巷道围岩变形,保持巷道围岩稳定。

       

      Abstract: The haulage roadway of Face 12501 of Tunlan mine was a large-section and soft-rock roadway.To solve the supporting problems of large deformation,the bolt-mesh-anchor support system was proposed in account of the geological conditions,the roadway layout and the deformation particularity of soft rock roadway.With the FLAC3D numerical software in the program,the scheme was analyzed.The mine pressure of test roadway was observed.The result indicated that the maximum displacement of roadway roof and floor was 31 mm,the sides' was 43 mm,and the deformation velocity was lower than 0.5mm/d after the roadway was stabilized.The study had also revealed that the displacement of roof was mainly in the shallow,and the rock displacement out of 2.5m was very small.It shows that bolt-meshanchor support system can effectively control the deformation of large section soft rock roadway.
