乌拉根铅锌矿选矿工艺优化和生产实践

    Technological optimization and practice of mineral processing technology in Wulagen lead-zinc mine

    • 摘要: 针对乌拉根铅锌矿低品位混合矿选矿工艺中存在问题,通过破碎筛分粒度、钢球配比、药剂制度、强搅拌浓浆浮选、粗磨粗选-锌粗精矿分级再磨再选和铅精选流程6个工艺方面的优化改造,解决了原流程中铅锌回收率低、锌精矿含硅高等问题,使生产工艺更稳定高效,实现了在原矿铅品位0.30%、锌品位2.81%和锌氧化率23.61%条件下,获得铅精矿品位52.19%、铅回收率83.17%、锌精矿品位56.56%、锌回收率75.58%、锌精矿含二氧化硅3.93%的优异选矿指标。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low-grade lead-zinc mixing ore during mineral separation in Wulagen lead-zinc mine,six aspects technological optimization and remould were used,including the size of crushing and screening,ball added ratio,pharmacy system,stirring thick paste flotation heavily,coarse roughing and concentrating-zinc rough regrinding and reelection under grading and lead selection process.The problem of low lead recovery rate and low zinc recovery rate and zinc concentrate containing high silicon is solved,making the producing process is more stable and efficient.It achieves the excellent separating index of 52.19% lead concentrate grade,lead recovery of 83.17%,56.56%zinc concentrate grade,zinc recovery of 75.58% and 3.93% silica contained in zinc concentration,under 0.30% grade lead,2.81% zinc grade and 23.61% zinc oxide rate conditions in the ore.
