Abstract: By analysis of the experience and paths of the economy transformation of the mining cities at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the economy transformation paths of aged mining cities: project leading transformation,system promoting transformation,specialty initiating transformation,capital guaranteed transformation,industry chain extension transformation,government supporting transformation,opening and cooperation transformation,intellect capital fostering transformation and coordination and harmonization transformation.
