仰采角度对煤壁片帮的影响研究

    Research on the impact of upward-mining angle on mining coal wall piece

    • 摘要: 为了研究梧桐庄矿仰采角度对煤壁片帮的影响,分析其片帮机理,定性为重力滑落破坏;运用UDEC(Universal Distinct Element Code)离散元数值软件分析了不同仰采角度下的煤壁片帮情况,得出极限片帮倾角和煤壁片帮深度;并结合现场统计及超声检测所得片帮角度及深度,验证了极限片帮倾角为12°左右,在一定仰采角度范围内片帮深度为0.5m,片帮主要集中在煤壁的中上部,对仰采条件下煤壁片帮及巷道支护研究有一定的指导意义。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the impact of upward-mining angle on mining coal wall piece in wutongzhuang mine,the mechanism of wall piece is analyzed and is defined as gravity slide destruction;Use UDEC(Universal Distinct Element Code)discrete element numerical software to analyze the condition of the mining coal wall piece in different upward-mining angles,thus obtaining the tipping point of wall piece angle and the depth of the coal wall piece;The tipping point of wall piece angle is verified to be around 12° combining with the wall piece angle and depth resulting from field statistic and ultrasonic testing,and the depth of wall piece is 0.5mwithin a certain range of upward-mining angle,wall piece is mainly concentrated in upper coal wall,which have certain guiding significance for the research of coal wall piece and roadway support under the condition of upward mining.
