Abstract: Mineral resource in Sichuan Province is abundant, the long-term exploitation to the mineral resource forms numerously abandoned mine and some exist serious safety and environment problem. On the bases of the investigation to the present condition of the abandoned mine in Sichuan Province, this paper analyses and summarizes the character and safety and environment problem of the abandoned mine,and finally brings forward primary suggestion and countermeasure for the abandoned mine prevention and control.
