对钙基膨润土钠化改型研究

RESEARCH ON NA-ACTIVATION OF CA-BENTONITE WITH SODIUM COMPOUNDS IN SANTAI

摘要: 以三台膨润土原矿为原料,用挤压钠化法对钙基膨润土进行改型,本次实验钠化剂分别采用Na₂CO₃、NaOH、NaCl和复合钠化剂,结果表明:以Na₂CO₃的用量为4%,加水量20%,挤压15min,陈化时间在5～7天进行钠化改型,效果显著。

Abstract: The Ca-bentonite from Santai was converted into Na-bentonite by extrusion method.Na₂CO₃、NaOH、NaCl and their extender agents are adopted for Na-activation.The result of experiments shows: 4% dosage of Na₂CO₃,20% dosage of water,15 minutes' extrusion time,5～7days' accumulation,the properties of converted bentonite were best improved.
