静态破碎剂作用下裂纹扩展行为的动态分析

    Dynamic analysis of crack propagation behavior under swelling of static cracking agent

    • 摘要: 为了研究岩石静态破裂机理,采用高速摄像技术,对静态破碎剂作用下混凝土模型的破坏过程进行了物理模拟试验。试验研究表明,圆柱体单孔混凝土模型在静态破碎剂作用下,其破坏不是像方形单孔混凝土以三条主裂纹的形式破坏,而是在对称连线上产生两条基本对称的主裂纹;裂纹扩展过程中,裂纹扩展速度和加速度的变化基本是呈现先增加后降低再增加的变化趋势;裂纹的萌生、扩展到最后的失稳过程非常明显。研究结果为静态破碎剂在实际工程中的应用提供试验依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to study mechanism of non-explosive demolition of rock, high-speed video camera was used and physical modeling test on damage process of concrete model under swelling of static crack agent was carried out. The results show that the two cracks in line under distension of static cracking agent are generated in cylinder concrete model containing one hole, while three cracks are produced in square concrete model with one hole. The crack propagation velocity and acceleration start rapidly to develop, then they decrease and at last they secondly increase again in the whole crack propagation process. The crack initiation, crack growth and crack instability present the evident processes. The results provide an experimental basis for the static cracking agent used in practical engineering.
