组合式螺旋溜槽的研究

    DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW COMBINED SPIRAL CHUTE

    • 摘要: 根据普通螺旋溜槽在现场应用所存在的问题及其分选机理,设计了具有粗、精、扫选组合式的新型螺旋溜槽。这种新型螺旋溜槽,粗选溜槽设置在上部,精、扫选溜槽内外相套设置在粗选溜槽下部。粗、精、扫选槽体均有不同的结构参数。用设计的新型螺旋溜槽及普通螺旋溜槽对磁铁矿──石英(粒度范围为-0.15~0)人工混合物料进行了试验对比。试验结果表明:新型螺旋溜槽的选矿效率比普通螺旋溜槽高7.1%,精矿品位高2.38%,回收率高5.47%。

       

      Abstract: Based on the separating principle of the spiral chute, a new spiral chute consisting of rough concentration, cleaning and scavenging is designed in order to solve the problem which exists in the ordinary spiralchute in ore dressing plants. The rough concentration chute is placed on the top of the new spiral cbute; cleaningand seavenging connected eath other are placed under it. The rough concentration, cleaning and scavenging spiral chutes all have different structural parameters. An artificial mixture of magnetite and quartz (grain size rangeis-0. 15~0mm) is treated using hoth the new spiral chute and the ordinary one. The results show that the oredressing efficiency, the grade of concentrate and the recovery of the new spiral chute is 7. 1%, 2. 38%, 5. 47and 5. 47% respectively higher than those of the ordinary spiral chute.
