Abstract: This paper analysises the relationship of mining industry and national economic development in heilongjiang province,the influence of mining industry on economic growth of heilongjiang province.The authors use the method of location quotient and shift-share to describe structure characters and competitive advantages as well as their disadvantages of mining industry in heilongjiang province,then put forward developing direction of mining industry.
