Abstract: With the expansion of nuclear power, the need for uranium is increasing greatly. However, the supply of uranium tends tight. In order to supply sufficient uranium mine for nuclear industry, China needs to reform the current investment and financing system about prospecting and development of uranium. This paper analyzed the present situation of uranium investment and financing at home and abroad, and existent problems of uranium financing in china are found. Then some suggestions to develop multi-level channels to raise money for prospecting and development of uranium resource are proposed.
