尾矿综合利用新途径——玻璃陶瓷的研制

    A NEW METHOD FOR COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION OF TAILINGS:FABRICATION OF GLASS-CERAMICS

    • 摘要: 运用差热分析(DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDAX)、X射线粉晶衍射(XRD)等测试手段,研究了以钨尾矿为主要原料的CaOAl2O3 SiO2系统玻璃陶瓷的晶相组成、微观结构及TiO2、Fe2O3对玻璃析晶的影响,并测定了尾矿玻璃陶瓷的性能。玻璃陶瓷的研制是尾矿综合利用的新途径。

       

      Abstract: The crystalline phase composition,microstructure and the effects of TiO2 Fe2O3 on the crystallization of tungsten tailings CaO Al2O3 SiO2 system glass ceramics have been studied by means of DTA,SEM,EDAX,XRD and so on,and the properties of the glass ceramics have been examinated.Fabrication of glass ceramics is a new method for comprehensive utilization of tailings.
