尾矿综合利用新途径——玻璃陶瓷的研制

A NEW METHOD FOR COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION OF TAILINGS:FABRICATION OF GLASS-CERAMICS

摘要: 运用差热分析(DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDAX)、X射线粉晶衍射(XRD)等测试手段,研究了以钨尾矿为主要原料的CaOAl₂O₃ SiO₂系统玻璃陶瓷的晶相组成、微观结构及TiO₂、Fe₂O₃对玻璃析晶的影响,并测定了尾矿玻璃陶瓷的性能。玻璃陶瓷的研制是尾矿综合利用的新途径。

Abstract: The crystalline phase composition,microstructure and the effects of TiO₂ Fe₂O₃ on the crystallization of tungsten tailings CaO Al₂O₃ SiO₂ system glass ceramics have been studied by means of DTA,SEM,EDAX,XRD and so on,and the properties of the glass ceramics have been examinated.Fabrication of glass ceramics is a new method for comprehensive utilization of tailings.
