Abstract: Zircon and it’s processing and smelting products with superior performance are Widely used in the world.Especially applications in the aerospace,nuclear energy,special ceramic glass and other strategic emerging industries make them much national attention.Australia,South Africa are the main suppliers of zircon。In recent years,Indonesia,India,Mozambique and other countries have gradually entered zircon sand supply market;the United States,Japan,Europe,China are important zircon consumer countries,but the consumptions of America,Japan and Europe have declined,while it remains high in China which is the world’s largest demand country.Overall,the global supply and demand in the zirconium industry has been separated in long-term.In the future,the global demand for zircon will still have much room for growth.In China,particularly,it is the most obvious.
